IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EU TRADITIONAL HERBAL MEDICINAL PRODUCTS DIRECTIVE
The EU Directive was implemented on the 30th April 2011. The AFPA has been in contact with the Irish Medicines Board as this is the authority that has been designated to implement the directive .

  The AFPA (Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association) is the longest established and largest professional regulatory body for the practice of acupuncture and Chinese medicine in Ireland. We have been professionally representing acupuncturists since 1987.
