During this 2 day workshop, you will learn 10 simple techniques that give immediate results to lower, upper back pain and stiffness. Easy to learn and easy to practice, those techniques are a compilation of the 10 most effective body corrections of the 3 Asian traditional physical therapies

This work is the result of 12 years of work experience in my private clinic and Yoga studio practice.

Some of the things you will learn:

• How to approach and engage with your patient in a confident way.

• Understand the basic dynamic of the human body through the use of practical examples from Yoga Asanas and Ancient Thai massage.

• Recognise the priority of the problem.

• Engage appropriately with the right correction (s).

• Learn to give a treatment in a safe and proper way respectfully.

This training will be experiential and not lecture style.
